ORDERING
You can order directly from our online Shop. Currently our delivery is limited to Singapore only.
If you wish to make an order from outside of Singapore, please contact us at hello@myskinmetry.com.
Current, we do not charge taxes or GST for your purchase on our website.
If we ship your order out of Singapore, you will be responsible for customs or import tax.
Please contact us immediately at hello@myskinmetry.com.
Your order cannot be updated or changed once it has been processed and left our warehouse.

For delivery with Singapore, orders are fulfilled within 5-7 working days. For preorder/backorder items, the delivery time may be longer - please refer to the individual product page for the backorder delivery time.
For overseas shipping, please contact us at hello@myskinmetry.com for shipping rates.
Yes! For orders within Singapore, please choose the "Self Collect" option when you cart out.
Once our team receives your order and payment, we will provide you with the available date and time to collect your items.
Please collect your items from our designated location only after you receive a confirmation email from our team. If you do not have a confirmation email for collection, your order may not be ready.

If your order has not left our warehouse, we will allow a one-time change to your delivery address subject to any additional shipping fees.
Your delivery address cannot be updated or changed once the order has left our warehouse facility.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before making payment.
Please examine your order upon collection. If there are any mistakes, defects or damages to your items, please notify us according to our Return Policy below.
RETURN POLICY
Our Return Policy is only applicable to defective or damaged products.
We do not accept any return or replacement for items that have been used or tampered with.
We do not accept returns for products obtained from a source other than our website.
We are not responsible for personal loss to an item. If the package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
Any return is allowed only once per order. We reserve the right to reject any subsequent returns or refund requests for the same order and/or product.
Please submit a request to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Step 1: Provide the following information in your email to us:
(a) Full name and Order number.
(b) Reason(s) for return.
(c) Name of product(s) to be returned and its respective quantity.
(d) Photographs (e.g. the defective part or whole package to show any missing content).
Step 2: You should only send the item back to us after our team has provided you with a return authorization and mailing details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You shall ensure that the product is undamaged during the process of return by using bubble wrapping wherever possible and choosing registered mail or courier. If the product is lost or damaged during the return delivery to our warehouse, we will not replace or refund your order.
Any refund will be processed as soon as the returned product is inspected by our team and confirmed that it fits within our Return Policy.
Upon approval, our refund process takes at least 5 business days. Refund can only be made payable via chosen payment method during sales (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.
